“DBK Leasing”, JSC is an affiliated company of “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”, JSC and makes a constituent part of “Samruk-Kazyna” National Wealth Fund. The company was established in September, 6^th, 2005 for the purpose of expanding the financial vehicles provided by Development Bank of Kazakhstan aimed at investment projects under the Strategy of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

MISSION OF “DBK-LEASING”

Provision of conditions necessary for updating main industrial funds of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dynamic development of investment policy in respect of creating new production lines.

PURPOSES:

Improvement and enhancement of efficiency of state investment policy in the sphere of financial leasing;

Development of manufacturing industry, production and transport infrastructure;

Interaction with development institutions in respect of attracting and placing foreign and domestic investments to Kazakhstan’s economy.

OBJECTIVES:

Medium-term and long-term financial leasing of investment projects;

Stimulating financial leasing of business sector of Kazakhstan economy by means of co-financing with other financial organizations.

Use of leasing mechanisms for implementation of investment “breakthrough” projects.

MAIN TERMS OF FINANCIAL LEASING IN “DBK-LEASING”, JSC:

-          Minimal leasing sum shall not be less than 1 million US dollars.

-          The term of leasing period shall be 3 years or more.

-          Leasing fee rate depends on the project degree of risk.

-          It shall correspond to the investment priorities.
