In July, 2010 “DBK-Leasing”, JSC., a subsidiary of “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”, and “Promagroleasing”, JSC., a Byelorussian leasing company, signed the Memorandum on cooperation and partnership.

This Memorandum regulates cooperation between the parties aimed at promoting Kazakhstani and Byelorussian commodities in the market of both countries.
