Company management

Education:
Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs (MSUFA), Moscow city, Russian Federation. After graduation from the University Mr. Izbastin acquired work experience at the Law department of “Transportation of Oil and Gas”, CJSC., later held different positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In April, 2007 Mr. Izbastin was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Board of “DBK Leasing”, JSC., an affiliated organization of “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”, JSC., in April, 2008 was promoted to the Chairman of the Board of “DBK Leasing”, JSC., an affiliated organization of “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”, JSC.

Myrzabekov Zhanat Gaynollaevich - Managing director – Member of Governing board of JSC« DBK -Leasing » branch organization of joint-stock company « Development Bank of Kazakhstan » since August, 2011.
Before coming to JSC « DBK -Leasing » led the Department of industrial politics of JSC " Development Bank of Kazakhstan ".
Myrzabekov worked in JSC «Centre of marketing and analytic investigations » attached to the Fund of sustainable development «Kazyna», held the appointment of Director of Strategic Analysis Department, was the chief of sector in the Centre of strategic development and analysis of Administration of the President of RK.
Graduate of Kazakh State Academy of Management and University of Muenster, Muenster, Germany with a degree in international economic relations. He has a Master’s degree in economic science.

Shalabekov Bauirzhan Lazarevich – Managing director – Member of Governing board of JSC « DBK -Leasing» branch organization of joint-stock company « Development Bank of Kazakhstan» since April, 2011.
Before coming to JSC « DBK -Leasing » worked in private structures as Deputy of Director of LLP« G4 City» subsidiary«, as Executive Director of noncommercial union of juridical persons «Association of enterprisers of maritime transport», as Deputy of Director of JSC « Caspian Group» subsidiary«.
Shalabekov B., L., held the appointment of Director of Investment Politics Department of JSC «NC « Kazakhstan Temir Zholy », of the chief of Administration of crediting activities of manufacturing industry of Projects Crediting Department of JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan».
Graduated from Kazakh State Academy of Management in 1999 with a degree in – banking.
