LESSOR is a leasing company (“DBK LEASING”, JSC.) which purchases some property (equipment, transportation, estate, etc.) from Supplier (the Seller) in the process of a leasing deal. After that the Lessor provides the property to the Lessee as the subject of a leasing deal for a payment indicated in the Leasing Contract for a definite term and on definite conditions for a temporary possession but on the term of a further buyout.
LESSEE is You, a medium or large enterprise, that in accordance with the Leasing Contract obtains the subject of leasing from “DBK LEASING”, JSC. at a definite cost and term on definite conditions for temporary possession but on the term of a further buyout for your business activity.
SUPPLIER (SELLER) is a supplier of the equipment who in accordance with the Sales Contract with “DBK LEASING”, JSC. on definite terms delivers to the latter some property, equipment (machinery) chosen by the Lessee. The equipment or property is considered to be the subject of a leasing deal in this case.
