Besides that the Lessee is responsible for his own participation in the project and delivery of the leasing objects in case it is not agreed in the supply contract. |
| Who is responsible for repair/restoration of the leasing subject in case of damage or accident? |

The Supplier is obliged to provide warranty service of leasing subjects. In case damage of a leasing object was caused by the Supplier’s fault, the latter is obliged to provide the repair of a leasing subject on his own. However, any leasing subject is insured and in case an insured event takes place the insurance company is responsible for repair/restoration of a leasing subject. |
